So, 2020 created a challenge when it came to live art classes!
But where there are challenges, there are also opportunities!
With live in person Art Classes currently not an option, I’ve created my own Online Art Course website. You can go check it out here, https://karenbiko.com/courses
I’ve already had multiple “beta-testers” go through and provide feedback to help get it up and running and now it’s live for you to run through, but with a couple caveats.
In my normal classes I typically supply everything, with online classes that’s more of a challenge so due to that I’d love any feedback you could provide!
In this initial course, Zendoodle Puzzle Pieces which is one of my live students favourite courses to take, the very first lesson is what supplies are required, where to get them and even what you can do for some alternatives if you don’t have all the supplies currently. And below is what they can look like
Because I supply everything in live courses, I have to charge more to cover my purchasing all the supplies, Since in this configuration you’re using what you have, picking things up where you can and/or making do, I am able to offer this first course for only $25 Canadian which is a great bargain.
The extra bonus is that once you purchase it you can go at your own pace, watch each lesson at your leisure and as many times as you like over and over and over. And if you bought additional supplies, you can go through it with your friends and family for all kinds of fun!
If this sounds like a project you’d like to learn, I’d really appreciate your feedback.
That link to sign up is right here, Zendoodle Puzzle Piece Course, and if there are other courses you’ve previously taken that you’d be interested in seeing online, let me know!

I went to Karen’s alcohol ink workshop through Michael’s and she was really great! She has extensive knowledge on working with different materials, and I learned a few new cool techniques during the workshop. I’d definitely take another course with her if I get the opportunity in the future. Highly recommended!!

Thank you so much for this fantastic feedback Kristen! I absolutely love sharing all this knowledge I’ve packed into my head over the years with people and this is the perfect means to do that.
Looking forward to seeing you in future classes! Karen
