I just thought I would share an article. A group of friends contributed to a project (I wish I had been able to also), and it just shows how a little bit of effort and creative thinking can make a difference.
The Priddis Painters, and children from Oilfields High School worked together to create wonderful vistas of colour on ceiling tiles to install at Oilfields General Hospital. The tiles are easily moved around so that patients get to enjoy many different works of art.
One patient commented “It sure beats looking at the white ceiling”. The project was so well received that other departments in the hospital are looking to have more done.
