Where is the summer that sees me relaxing and just spending time being. It seems that most of my summer has been taken up with working on my main business (Real Estate) and getting things going on my newest business (Jazzercise). Where does the time come where I get into the studio and be creative.
This week helps. It’s hard to go and spend time in the studio when it’s beautiful outside. I love the rainy days, because it chases me down into the studio to work on stacks of paintings to be finished, titled, or framed.
I did take a couple of hours last week to get outside and sketch. Just me and my chair, and a few billion flying aphids. But it was good, peaceful, and just nice to take the time. Here are some of my results.

Gosh, my dear! I am enjoying your blog and your artwork today, thanks to your hubby adding a link to it at RedGage! So, I ventured over to take a look.
You know, brain flash! Have you considered doing an ebook to house your sketches for a COLORING book offering? I didn’t see that mentioned, but when I saw your sketches, that is what came to mind.
